>Technique Practice: Bow control speed and length
Practice with a metronome to develop control of your bow stroke
- Play from the lower half to the upper half of the bow
- This amount/area of the bow is what I often refer to the middle bow area or medium amount of bow

>Practice the bow stroke with the metronome
>Practice Essential Elements Book 1 from pages 6 to 15 using the bow
