The process of renting a school instrument right now (August 2022) are as follows:

  1. Students will let Mr. Liu know if they are planning to rent a Violin/Viola from school.
  2. Mr. Liu will check if an instrument is available for the student to rent
  3. If an instrument is available, Mr. Liu will send home a rental agreement form the instrument’s serial number, maker, or other identifying markings.
  4.  Parents will sign the form and pay the rental fee ($50 for the school year) through the RTMS online payment system

*PLEASE DO NOT MAKE RENTAL PAYMENTS on the RTMS Payment System UNTIL YOU HAVE RECIEVED the rental form from your child.

Important for Violin students:

  • Due to the limited number of instruments, school violins are handed out on a priority basis: 6th Grade beginning violin, 7th grade intermediate violin, 8th grade intermediate violin.
