The process of renting a school Violin or Viola:
- Parents will fill out the online form using the link below to request renting a school violin or viola instrument:
https://forms.office.com/r/mMkeh6dLAf - Mr. Liu will check if an instrument is available for the student to rent
- If an instrument is available, Mr. Liu will send home a rental agreement form with the instrument’s serial number and maker.
- Parents will sign the form and pay the rental fee ($50 for the school year) through the RTMS online payment system
*PLEASE DO NOT MAKE RENTAL PAYMENTS on the RTMS Payment System UNTIL YOU HAVE RECIEVED the rental form from your child.
